IMPORTANT: Running involves physical exertion and inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that day one Run, its employees, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during events.
We strongly recommend consulting with a physician before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule runs due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify registered participants via email as soon as possible.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from events and ban from future runs.
All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of day one Run or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
By submitting content (reviews, photos, comments, etc.) to our platform, you grant day one Run a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You represent that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAY ONE RUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless day one Run, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
