Simply visit our Runs page, select your city, and click "Register Now". Registration is completely free! You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details including meeting point, time, and route information.
Absolutely not! Our runs are designed for ALL levels. We maintain a conversational pace (around 4:30-5:00 min/km) and no one gets left behind. Whether this is your first 5k or your hundredth, you're welcome here.
Just bring yourself, running shoes, and water! We provide hydration stations along the route. Optional: phone for photos, small valuables can be stored with our support team.
We run rain or shine! Runs are only cancelled in extreme weather conditions (storms, dangerous heat, etc.). You'll receive an email and app notification if a run is cancelled.
Yes! Bring as many friends as you like. Each person should register individually so we have accurate headcounts for safety and logistics.
Standard shipping within Germany takes 2-4 business days. EU orders arrive in 5-7 business days. Express and next-day options are available. See our Shipping page for full details.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through our website or the carrier's site.
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Returns within the EU are free. See our Returns page for complete details.
Start a return in your account, select "Exchange" and choose your new size. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are free within the EU.
Once we receive your return (3-5 days), we process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 2-10 days.
